You can also tell us whether your cleaning date is fixed. If you proceed with a booking, we may need the full service address, access arrangements and booking or payment records. Please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information, personal documents or photographs of other people.
How and why we use it
We use enquiry and booking details to prepare quotations, arrange and deliver requested services and communicate with you. This is necessary for steps towards, or performance of, a contract. Record keeping required by law relies on legal obligations. Website protection, handling concerns and managing our business rely on legitimate interests, balanced against your rights. Where consent is required, it can be withdrawn.

The current website is hosted by Spatiul.ro and runs on WordPress. Contact Form 7 sends quote enquiries to our business inbox in Google Workspace. How long information is kept
Retention depends on whether an enquiry becomes a booking, ongoing service needs, legal record-keeping duties and any unresolved dispute. We will not keep personal information longer than needed for those purposes. You can contact us to ask about the retention period applicable to your records.
