When should I book the clean?
Enquire with your expected completion date. The appointment should be planned after dusty building work has finished, subject to availability.
Do you remove building waste?
Do not assume waste clearance is included. Tell us what remains so we can confirm what is within the quoted cleaning scope and what needs separate arrangements.
Can you remove paint, plaster or adhesive?
Send photos and surface details before booking. Removal may need specialist treatment and is not automatically included in the service.
