Will the clean guarantee my deposit is returned?
No cleaning service can decide a deposit outcome. This depends on your tenancy agreement, the condition of the property and the landlord or agent’s assessment. We agree and carry out the quoted cleaning work.
Can I share my agent’s checklist?
Yes. Send it with your enquiry so we can discuss the requested tasks and confirm what is included.
Are ovens and carpets included?
Please specify these when requesting a quote. We will confirm the scope and any additional requirements rather than assume they are included.
